DESCRIPTION:  The rice paddy snake or plumbeous water snake is a species of mildly venomous, rear-fanged snake endemic to South Asia. Feeding on frogs and small creatures around paddy fields. They are skeletenized using dermestid beetles revealing the long vertebra and long pattern of ribs.
